Владимир Александрович Мау – доктор экономических наук, профессор, PhD (Университета Пьер Мендес Франс, Гренобль). Заслуженный экономист Российской Федерации. Родился 29 декабря 1959 года в г. Москве. Окончил Московский институт народного хозяйства имени Г.В. Плеханова в 1981 г.

С 1991 г. участвовал в разработке и практической реализации курса экономических реформ в России, в том числе работая в 1992-1993 годах советником Председателя Правительства РФ. В 1997-2002 гг. – руководитель Рабочего центра экономических реформ при Правительстве РФ. С 2002 г. ректор Академии народного хозяйства при Правительстве Российской Федерации. С 2010 г. ректор Российской академии народного хозяйства и государственной службы при Президенте Российской Федерации.

В.А.Мау - специалист в области экономической теории, истории экономической мысли и народного хозяйства. Автор 25 монографий, книг и учебных пособий, изданных в России и Великобритании, и более 600 брошюр и статей (на русском, английском, французском, немецком и итальянском языках).

Член Президиума Экономического совета при Президенте Российской Федерации; член Комиссии при Президенте Российской Федерации по вопросам государственной службы и резерва управленческих кадров, член и руководитель экспертного совета Комиссии Правительства Российской Федерации по экономическому развитию и интеграции.

Закончив в 1999 г. Российский государственный гуманитарный университет, С.Лукаш начала профессиональную деятельность в Федеральной энергетической комиссии, продолжая обучение в аспирантуре Института социально-политических исследований РАН. Перейдя в 2001 г. в частный сектор, она руководила проектами в сфере природных ресурсов, корпоративного управления и социальной отвественности бизнеса в консультационных компаниях и медиа холдинге «Эксперт». В 2006 г. С.Лукаш была приглашена в Экспертный совет по обеспечению председательства России в «Группе восьми», а в 2007 - начала работать в Администрации Президента Российской Федерации, отвечая за широкий круг вопросов международной экономической повестки, включая G8 и G20, а также национальной экологической политики. После разработки и реализации программы председательства России в «Группе двадцати» в 2013 г. С.Лукаш была назначена представителем Президента Российской Федерации, шерпой в «Группе двадцати». На счету С.Лукаш - содержательная подготовка 5 саммитов G8 и 13 саммитов G20. В должности заместителя начальника Экспертного управления Президента С.Лукаш также отвечает за вопросы охраны окружающей среды и экологической безопасности.

В декабре 2019 г. за особые заслуги в укреплении мира, дружбы, сотрудничества и взаимопонимания между народами С. Лукаш была награждена орденом Дружбы.

Первый заместитель Председателя банка России с сентября 2013 г., с октября 2013 г. — член Совета директоров Банка России. В ее полномочия входят макроэкономические исследования, прогнозирование и международная деятельность, ранее она также отвечала за вопросы денежно-кредитной политики. До назначения в Банк России К.В. Юдаева в течение года занимала должность начальника Экспертного управления Администрации Президента РФ, а также исполняла обязанности «шерпа» - представителя России во время председательства России в «Группе двадцати». До перехода на государственную службу с 2008 по 2012 г. К.В. Юдаева была главным экономистом и директором Центра макроэкономических исследований ОАО «Сбербанк». К.В. Юдаева окончила экономический факультет МГУ им. М.В. Ломоносова по специальности «экономист-математик», получила степень магистра экономики в Российской экономической школе и степень доктора философии (Ph.D.) по экономике в Массачусеттском технологическом институте.

Franco Bruni is a senior professor in the Department of Economics of Bocconi University, where he has been full professor of International Monetary Theory and Policy and member of the Board of Directors of the University. He is Vice Chairman of the UniCredit&Universities Foundation. He is the Italian member of the European Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee. 

Mr. Bruni is an author of many publications in the fields of Macroeconomics, European Economics, International Banking and Finance, International Relations and Political Economy, as well as editorials for “La Stampa” newspaper. He has been an independent member of the Board of Saipem (1998-2005), Unicredit Banca Mobiliare (2000-2007), Pirelli (2005-2014), Mediaset (2015-18). 

As a visiting professor Mr. Bruni has been teaching in several international universities, including NYU, Fudan (Shanghai), Getulio Vargas (Sao Paolo), UNSW (Sidney), UBC (Vancouver). He has also been Vice President and President of SUERF (Société Européenne de Recherches Financières: 1994-2000). 

Graduated from Università Bocconi, Milan (1971) and M.S. in Economics, MIT, Cambridge, Mass. (1974).

Mr. Andreas Schaal is the Director of OECD Global Relations. In this capacity, he is responsible for the OECD’s relations with Brazil, China, India, Indonesia and South Africa as well as with growing regions like Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, South East Europe, Central Asia and the MENA region. He supports the Secretary General’s objectives for a regionally inclusive and globally relevant organisation. Andreas Schaal is a non-Resident Senior Fellow of the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China (RDCY). Between 2013 – 2016, he served the organisation as the Head of the Sherpa Office and the Global Governance Unit at the OECD and between 2013-2018 as the G20 Sous Sherpa. He has worked with the OECD Chief of Staff and Sherpa to advance OECD contributions to key pillars of the global governance architecture, such as the G20, G7, APEC and the Deauville Partnership supporting Transition Countries in the MENA Region. He also represented the organisation as a Sous-Sherpa in the respective meetings. Since joining the OECD in 2008 he has also held positions as a Senior Policy Analyst in the Investment Division of the Directorate for Financial Markets and Enterprise Affairs, and as Counsellor in the Office of the Secretary General. Prior to joining the OECD, Mr. Schaal held various positions during his work for the German Federal Government, including Deputy Director G8 Summit/German Sherpa Office, Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Technology, Economic Counsellor, German Permanent Delegation to the OECD, Paris, Vice Chair (elected 2005-2006) of OECD’s Economic and Development Review Committee (EDRC) and Policy advisor and chief of staff to Parliamentary Secretary of State Siegmar Mosdorf, MP, Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Technology. Mr. Schaal, a German national, holds a Masters in Public Policy and Public Management from the University of Konstanz, Germany.

Deborah Greenfield was the Deputy Director-General for Policy until 2020. In that capacity she led the ILO’s policy, research, and statistical work across the range of labour and employment issues addressed by the organization. 

Before joining the ILO, Ms. Greenfield served as the Deputy Solicitor for the U.S. Department of Labor, where she had major responsibility for management of the Office of the Solicitor, a 750-person nationwide enforcement agency that includes trial and appellate lawyers, legal advisors, and support staff. She advised the Secretary of Labor and other senior officials in the Obama administration on a range of legal and policy matters related to worker rights and protections, employment and training, and international labour issues. 

Ms. Greenfield led the Department’s efforts on a number of priority initiatives, including regulatory protections for low-wage, foreign temporary workers and employment discrimination protections for LGBT workers. She also provided critical legal and policy advice to the Bureau of International Labor Affairs on issues such as enforcement of labor provisions in free trade agreements and international labour standards and led a government delegation to Haiti under the HOPE II legislation to assure implementation of worker protections. 

Ms. Greenfield has more than 30 years of experience as a labor and employment attorney. She was an Associate General Counsel for the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations from 1998 to 2009, where she provided advice on issues of domestic and international law. Prior to her work with the AFL-CIO, she was an appellate lawyer for the Department of Labor, a supervising attorney for litigation for the Association of Flight Attendants, and an attorney for the Communications Workers of America. She holds a J.D. with honors from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. from the University of Sussex, and a B.A. with high honors from Swarthmore College.

Наталья Валерьевна Стапран – директор Департамента многостороннего экономического сотрудничества и специальных проектов Министерства экономического развития Российской Федерации. В этом качестве она курирует деятельность России на экономическом треке ключевых многосторонних организаций и объединений, включая систему ООН, «Группу двадцати», ОЭСР, БРИКС и АТЭС.

Ранее Наталья Валерьевна сделала карьеру исследователя и консультанта, возглавляя Российский центр исследований АТЭС и преподавая международные отношения и историю. Она продолжает выступать членом ряда экспертных и академических советов, занимающихся глобальным управлением, мультилатерализмом и исследованиями АТР.

Наталья Валерьевна закончила МГИМО МИД России и имеет степень кандидата исторических наук. 

Dennis J. Snower is founder and President of the Global Solutions Initiative and Professor of Macroeconomics and Sustainability at the Hertie School. He was President of the Kiel Institute for the World Economy and Professor of Economics at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel until February 2019.

He is a non-resident Fellow of Brookings Institution, Senior Research Fellow at the Blavatnik School of Government, Research Fellow at the Center for Economic Policy Research (London), at IZA (Institute for the Future of Work, Bonn), and CESifo (Munich).

In 2017 Dennis J. Snower has been Co-Chairman of the officially mandated Think 20 Engagement Group (T20), advising the German G20 presidency

Dennis J. Snower earned a BA and MA from New College, Oxford University, an MA and a PhD at Princeton University. Prior to becoming President of the Kiel Institute, he was Professor of Economics at Birkbeck College, University of London.

He is an expert on labor economics, public policy and inflation-unemployment tradeoffs. As part of his research career, he originated the “insider-outsider” theory of employment and unemployment with Assar Lindbeck, the theory of “caring economics” with Tania Singer, the theory of “high-low search” with Steve Alpern, and the “chain reaction theory of unemployment” and the theory of “frictional growth” with Marika Karanassou and Hector Sala. He has made seminal contributions to the design of employment subsidies and welfare accounts. He has published extensively on employment policy, the design of welfare systems, and monetary and fiscal policy, and the role of psychological motivation systems in economic decision making.

He has been a visiting professor at many universities around the world, including Columbia, Princeton, Dartmouth, Harvard, the European University Institute, Stockholm University, and the Vienna Institute of Advanced Studies.

Akshay Mathur is a Director ofORF Mumbai. He is also a Senior Fellow with Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI), Canada. Prior to this position, he was the Chief Executive Officer, Director of Research and Senior Fellow of Geoeconomic Studies at Gateway House. His research focuses on economic statecraft with a particular focus on global economic governance. Before joining Gateway House, he worked as a Principal Architect with the corporate strategy group at Fidelity Investments at its headquarters in Boston, specifically the Advanced Research, Strategy Formulation, and Business Architecture division. He has written columns for Indian and foreign news publications such as the Financial Times, Economic Times, and Business Standard and has been interviewed by the New York Times, Bloomberg, BBC, Channel News Asia, CCTV, Russia Today, CNBC, NDTV on global trends. He represented India at the inaugural cohort of the Asia Global Fellows programme for mid-career leaders in the field of global policy-making hosted by the Asia Global Institute in Hong Kong in 2017.He has an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with concentration in Finance and Business Analysis and research focused on transnational business and global macroeconomics. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from the School of Computer Science at University of Massachusetts, Amherst and is an alumnus of Mayo College, Ajmer. He is the co-founder of an NGO called Aasra Gramin Vikas Sansthan that focuses on vocational training and social enterprise.

Zhu Jiejin is an assoicate professor at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University. His research relates to Global Economic Governance, BRICS and G20, and Multilateral Development Banks. Currently, He is doing the research projects on the Designing the BRICS New Development Bank and G20 Institutional transition from Crisis institution to Steering Institution.

Paola Subacchi is the former director of international economics research at Chatham House. She is an expert on the functioning and governance of the international financial and monetary systems, and advises governments, international organizations, non-profits, and corporations.

She is a media commentator with the BBC, Project Syndicate, the Financial Times, and writes a regular column for Foreign Policy and Huffington Post Italy. She is the author of The People’s Money. How China is building a global currency (Columbia University Press, 2017).
Paola is also a visiting professor at the University of Bologna, a non-executive director of the FTSE-listed company Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust Plc, a governor of St Marylebone School in London and an advisory member of Wilton Park (FCO).

An Italian national, she studied at Università Bocconi in Milan and at the University of Oxford. In 2016 she was awarded the honour Cavaliere della Stella d’Italia.

Rohinton P. Medhora is president of the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI). He served on CIGI's International Board of Governors from 2009 to 2014. Previously, he was vice president of programs at Canada’s International Development Research Centre. Mr. Medhora received his doctorate in economics in 1988 from the University of Toronto, where he also subsequently taught for a number of years. In addition to his Ph.D., Mr. Medhora earned his B.A. and M.A. at the University of Toronto, where he majored in economics. His fields of expertise are monetary and trade policy, international economic relations and development economics. Mr. Medhora was recently named as a member of the Commission on Global Economic Transformation, co-chaired by Nobel economics laureates Michael Spence and Joseph Stiglitz. He serves on the boards of the Institute for New Economic Thinking, the McLuhan Foundation and the Partnership for African Social and Governance Research, and is on the advisory board of the WTO Chairs Program.

Marat V. Berdyev has been serving as Deputy Director of the Department for Economic Cooperation in the Russian Foreign Ministry since 2018. He takes responsibility over Russian relationships with G20, OECD, ILO and BSEC and holds special titles of the Russian Sous-Sherpa to the G20 and Senior Official to the BSEC.

M. Berdyev graduated from Turkmen State University (1995), Russian Diplomatic Academy (2006) and Geneva Center for Security Policy (2005).

M. Berdyev has a vast experience in the multilateral diplomacy and world economy. He was stationed abroad in the Russian outposts in Kyiv (Ukraine) and Geneva (Switzerland), lastly as Deputy Chief of Mission to the WTO (2015-2018). M. Berdyev  isawarded with the Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation (2006)

Karoline Postel-Vinay is a Research Professor at the Center for International Research of Sciences Po, Paris. She holds a degree in Japanese studies from the French National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations and  a Ph.D. in International Relations from Sciences Po. Her current research focuses on narratives of global order, and on connectivity politics

Jonathan Luckhurst is an Associate Professor at Soko University in Tokyo, and a member of Mexico’s National System of Researchers (SNI). He holds a PhD from the School of Government at the University of Essex, the United Kingdom. His research interests include global economic governance since the twentieth century; G20 relations; multilateralism; shifting authority, ideas, and beliefs in international relations. His recent books include G20 Since the Global Crisis (Palgrave Macmillan, 2016), and The Shifting Global Economic Architecture: Decentralizing Authority in Contemporary Global Governance (Palgrave Macmillan, 2017). 

Ella Kokotsis is a Director of Analytical Studies for the University of Toronto's G8 Research Group. She joined the Research Group in 1994 as a policy analyst and research coordinator. In this position, she has attended various G7/G8 summits and prepared commissioned policy options papers for the Canadian Centre for Foreign Policy Development at the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. She has presented conference papers at pre-summit academic conferences at Denver (1997), London (1998), Cologne (1999), Genoa (2001), Kananaskis (2002) and Evian (2003). Author of Keeping International Commitments: Compliance, Credibility, and the G7, 1988–1995 (Garland, 1999), Dr. Kokotsis holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of Toronto.

John Kirton is a professor of Political Science, Director of the G7 Research Group, Co-Director of the G20 Research Group, Interim Director of the International Relations program, and a Research Associate of the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy. He is also Co-Director of the BRICS Research Group based at Trinity College, where he is a Fellow. A professor of political science, he teaches international relations, global governance and Canadian foreign policy, and his research interests include global health governance, international finance and trade, trade-environment issues, and foreign policy decision making. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA in political science, from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University with an MA in international affairs, and from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University with a PhD in international relations.

Григорьев Леонид Маркович – автор более 300 публикаций, участник и руководитель ряда монографии и проектов - родился в 1947 году. Dries Lesage is an Associate Professor of Globalisation and Global Governance at Ghent University. There he chairs the Ghent Institute for International Studies (GIIS). Dries Lesage has been working with UNU-CRIS on global tax collaboration in relation to development and the Sustainable Development Goals, including a fruitful international seminar in January 2019, a UNU-CRIS Working Paper (2019) and a forthcoming edited book (all co-organised and co-authored with Leiden University’s Prof. Irma Mosquera and Ghent University’s Dr. Wouter Lips).

Dries Lesage holds a Master in Political Science (1998) and a PhD in Political Science (2002, Ghent University). He teaches Globalisation and Global Governance, Theories of International Relations and History of World Politics (1815-present) at Ghent University. He also teaches International Relations Theory in the Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences, jointly organised by Ghent University and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. His current research interests include key trends and reforms in the multilateral architecture, global tax governance (including regional tax organisations) and Turkish politics. Publications include Rising Powers and Multilateral Institutions (Palgrave, 2015, with Thijs Van de Graaf) and ‘The BRICs and International Tax Governance : The Case of Automatic Exchange of Information’ in New Political Economy (2020, with Wouter Lips and Mattias Vermeiren).

Jan Wouters is a Full Professor of International Law and International Organizations, Jean Monnet Chair ad personam EU and Global Governance, and founding Director of the Institute for International Law of the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies, an interdisciplinary research centre with the status of both a Jean Monnet and KU Leuven Centre of Excellence, at KU Leuven. He is also a President of KU Leuven’s International Policy Council.

He studied law and philosophy at Antwerp University, obtained an LL.M. at Yale University and was a Visiting Researcher at Harvard University. As a Visiting Professor at Sciences Po (Paris), Luiss University (Rome) and the College of Europe (Bruges) he teaches EU external relations law. As an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University he teaches comparative EU-US perspectives on international human rights law. He is also currently a Visiting Professor at Queen Mary University (London), Paris-II (Panthéon-Assas) and the World Trade Institute (Bern). Prof. Wouters is a Member of the Royal Academy of Belgium for Sciences and Arts and practises law as Of Counsel at Linklaters, Brussels. He is an Editor of the International Encyclopedia of Intergovernmental Organizations, Deputy Director of the Revue Belge de Droit International, and an editorial board member in eleven international journals.

He has published widely on international and EU law, international organizations, global governance, and corporate and financial law, including 75 books and more than 140 journal articles and 230 chapters in international books.

He was coordinator of the FP7 Programme FRAME, “Fostering Human Rights Among European (External and Internal) Policies" and currently coordinates the large Horizon 2020 Project RECONNECT (“Reconnecting Europe with its Citizens through Democracy and Rule of Law”) and a six-year multidisciplinary research programme CONNECTIVITY (“Connectivity, Contestation and Cooperation in Global Governance”), funded by KU Leuven.

Apart from his participation in international scientific networks, he advises international organizations and governments, trains international officials and is often asked to comment international events in the media.

Панова Виктория Владимировна, к.и.н., доцент, в 2000 году окончила факультет международных отношений МГИМО (Университет) МИД России. В 2005 году защитила диссертацию на соискание ученой степени кандидата исторических наук.

Является автором ряда научных работ, активно публикуется в России и за рубежом, входит в Руководящий совет Российской ассоциации международных исследований.

Сфера научных интересов: международные отношения в ХХI в., глобальное управление и мировое регулирование, структура мирового управления - международные организации, «клубные механизмы» (G8, G20, BRICS), режимы, МНПО; внешняя политика России; проблемы военно-политической безопасности, энергетическая безопасность.

Начиная с 2003 года, Виктория Панова также была региональным директором по России Группы по исследованиям «Группы восьми», а позднее и «Группы двадцати» Университета Торонто (Канада). Являлась членом национальной рабочей группы по организации «Гражданской восьмерки» в год российского председательства в данной структуре (2006 год), в 2013 году входила в рабочую группу по организации мероприятий «второй дорожки» председательства России в «Группе двадцати», а в 2015 году — «второй дорожки» председательства России в БРИКС, являлась сопредседателем «Гражданского БРИКС».

С 2011 года до марта 2016 года являлась заместителем заведующего и преподавала на кафедре международных отношений и внешней политики России МГИМО МИД России.

С 2015 года является официальным представителем России в «Женской двадцатке».

С марта 2016 года по апрель 2017 года занимала должность директора Восточного института – Школы региональных и международных исследований. С 2017 года по н.вр. – Проректор по международным отношениям Дальневосточного федерального университета, а также в сентябре 2017 Виктория Панова назначена Заместителем исполнительного директора Национального комитета по исследованию БРИКС, а затем управляющим директором НКИ. С 2019 года В.В. Панова является научным руководителем Экспертного центра БРИКС РАНХиГС.

Mr. Fried is the Personal Representative of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for the G20, and Coordinator for International Economic Relations at Global Affairs Canada, with a horizontal mandate to ensure coherent policy positions and government-wide strategic planning in international economic organizations and fora regarding e.g., Canada-Asia and other international trade and economic issues.

He served as Canada’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the WTO from 2012-2017, where he played a key role in multilateral trade negotiations, including as Chair of the WTO’s General Council in 2014 and chair of the Dispute Settlement Body in 2013. He was the co-Chair of the G20’s Trade and Investment Working Group with China in 2015, and the “Friend of the Chair” for Germany in 2016. Formerly Canada’s Ambassador to Japan; Executive Director for Canada, Ireland and the Caribbean at the IMF; Senior Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister; Senior Assistant Deputy Minister for the Department of Finance and Canada’s G7 and G20 Finance Deputy. Mr. Fried has also served as Associate Deputy Minister; Assistant Deputy Minister for Trade, Economic and Environmental Policy; Chief Negotiator on China’s WTO accession; Director General for Trade Policy; and chief counsel for NAFTA.

Mr. Fried is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Futures Council on Trade and Investment, and of the Steering Committee of the e15 initiative on Strengthening the Global Trading System. He serves on the Advisory Boards of the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment and the Central and East European Law Institute.

M. Rewizorski is a political scientist and lawyer, Associate Professor at the Institute of Political Science, University of Gdańsk. He is a winner of prestigious research grants SONATA (2011-2014) and OPUS (2017-2020) awarded by the National Science Centre in Poland, member of EISA and ISA, expert of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), author of over 100 scientific publications in International Relations and Political Science. His research interests include international political economy, global governance, G7/G20, BRICS, emerging markets. His recent publications include “The European Union and the BRICS. J. Brandao holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina aMaster degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Paraíba and a Bachelor degree in Statistics from the University of Brasilia. With more than 30 years of experience, since 1998 he has been a researcher and currently holds the position of Assistant Director of Studies in Economic Relations and International Policies at the Institute of Applied Economic Research (IPEA), where he was also Coordinator of Studies in International Cooperation, Manager of the Network Infrastructure Division and Information Security Manager. He has extensive professional and academic experience in the area of Information Technology and Communications, working in undergraduate and graduate courses. He is currently a manager of the Computer Network Infrastructure Division (DVRED) and a manager of Information Security and Communications of Ipea. He also serves as a professor of the post-graduate course in Security at UniCEUB. The current research focus is in the areas of cyber security, cyber defense and cooperation for sustainable development.

Daniel D. Bradlow is a Professor of Law at American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C and the SARCHI Professor of International Development Law and African Economic Relations at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He is the Chair of the Roster of Experts for the Independent Review Mechanism at the African Development Bank, and a member of the Boards of Directors of ILEAP (International Lawyers and Economists Against Poverty) and New Rules for Global Finance. He is also a member of the Executive Council of the American Society of International Law. Professor Bradlow holds degrees from the Universities of Pretoria and the Witwatersrand in South Africa, and Northeastern University and Georgetown University in the USA and is a member of the New York and District of Columbia Bars.

His current scholarship focuses on global economic governance, the international financial institutions, creative financing for development, and the international legal issues that arise at the interface of large projects and sustainable and equitable development. He has worked as a Senior Special Fellow in the Legal Aspects of Debt and Financial Management Programme of the United National Institute on Training and Research (UNITAR), and has been a Consultant to the World Dams Commission, MEFMI (The Macroeconomic and Financial Management Institute for Eastern and Southern Africa), Pole-Dette, the World Bank, the African Development Bank, the Commonwealth Secretariat, UNESCO, the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development and the MacArthur Foundation. He served as a member of the International Law Association’s Committee on Accountability of International Organizations and is currently the Co-Rapporteur of the International Law Association study group on the same topic. He has lectured in the United States and many countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America on both the public and private aspects of international economic and financial law and on the negotiating and structuring of international economic transactions.

Prior to joining WCL, Professor Bradlow was a Research Associate at the International Law Institute and a consultant to the United Nations Centre on Transnational Corporations, as well as an attorney in private practice.

His publications include books and articles on international financial law, the international financial institutions, foreign investment, inspection mechanisms in international financial institutions, regulatory frameworks for water, dams and dam safety, globalization and its implications for global economic governance and the changing responsibilities of the World Bank and the IMF in the management of the global economy. Prior to joining WCL, Professor Bradlow was a Research Associate at the International Law Institute and a consultant to the United Nations Centre on Transnational Corporations, as well as an attorney in private practice. His publications include books and articles on international financial law, the international financial institutions, foreign investment, the World Bank Inspection Panel, regulatory frameworks for dams and dam safety, globalization and its implications for global economic governance and the changing responsibilities of the World Bank and the IMF in the management of the global economy. Sang-Chul Park has received PhD degrees in political science in Aug. 1993 in Germany and economics in Feb. 1997 in Sweden. His dissertations discussed Technopolises in Japan. He also passed a habilitation examination (full professorship) in political science in Nov. 2002 in Germany as well as a docent evaluation (Swedish habilitation) in economics in Sep. 2004 in Sweden. He is currently a Full Professor at Graduate School of Knowledge based Technology and Energy, Korea Polytechnic University and an Adjunct Professor at Center for Science-based Entrepreneurship, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea. He was also a Private Dozent at Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Germany and a Visiting Professor at Gothenburg University, Sweden. He served as an Associate Professor at Gothenburg University, Sweden from 2001 to 2003 and as an Associate Professor at Okayama University, Japan from 2003 to 2006. He also stayed as a Visiting Professor at Fudan University, China in Sep. 2014 and as a Visiting Scholar at Asian Development Bank Institute, Japan in Oct. 2014. His research interests concern industrial policy and regional development and studies on innovation systems and on science parks and innovative clusters in particular. Currently his research areas are expanded toward energy policy, sustainable development strategy, high technology ventures and international business and trade.

In addition, he is a member of editorial advisory board for Korea Observer (SSCI Journal) as well as a member of editorial review board for Journal of Small Business Management (JSBM) (SSCI Journal). In 2013, he became the editor of Asia Pacific Journal of EU Studies. In 2014 he also became a member of editorial board in International Journal of Innovation and Regional Development (IJIRD). In 2016 he served as associate editor for International Journal of Management and Enterprise Development (IMED) (SCOPUS Journal) and a member of Managing Editorial Board in Australian & New Zealand Journal of European Studies
